Most of these one and two bedroom, one bath residences have hardwood floors in bedrooms and living rooms and ceramic tile flooring in the kitchens and baths. The units include a gas stove and frost free refrigerator. Air-conditioning units are not provided but window units can be added by tenant. During the summer a surcharge is added for air-conditioner use. A coin operated laundry is located in the lower level and there is an intercom system from each residence to the front entrance of the building. Garage parking is $40.00 per month, with 15 spaces as available.

All utilities are included in the rental price with the exception of the air-conditioning surcharge.
